General terms and conditions of sale

In order to be able to benefit from the services offered by Bontempo Le Pouldroit, we ask that you carefully read the general conditions below. These conditions govern the sale of stays and are valid at the time the order is placed. Booking a stay implies full acceptance of our general conditions.

The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the campsite, after receipt of the deposit and after receipt either of the reservation contract duly completed and signed, or after acceptance of the general conditions of sale when booking online.

In the event of non-payment of the deposit on reservation or of the balance at the latest 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay by the customer, the campsite reserves the right to cancel the reservation and to offer the accommodation to location.

Reservations are only binding on Bontempo Le Pouldroit if Bontempo Le Pouldroit  has accepted them, which Bontempo  Le Pouldroit  is free to do or refuse, depending on availability, and in general, on all circumstances likely to harm upon execution of the reservation made. 

Bontempo Le Pouldroit  offers family-oriented stays, in the traditional sense, the accommodations are specially designed for this purpose. Bontempo  Le Pouldroit  reserves the right to refuse any reservation that would be contrary to this principle, or that would seek to circumvent it.

The reservation of a camping pitch or rental is made on a strictly personal basis. Under no circumstances may you sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the campsite.

Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

CAMPSITE

The basic package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan or motorhome for 1 or 2 people, access to sanitary facilities and reception facilities.

LEASE

The rental accommodations are equipped. The basic package is from 2 to more than 8 places depending on the type of rental and the campsite.

Bontempo campsites reserve the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families arriving with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation.

BOOKING FEE 

Reservation costs are €29 in high season (July-August), €19 in low season for rentals and bare pitches and €7.50 for a weekend booked in one of our cottages.

GROUP RESERVATION 

Any reservation of more than 4 accommodations by the same natural person or by different natural persons who know each other and travel together for the same reasons on the same dates of stay at Bontempo Le Pouldroit  is considered as a group.

The accommodation offered on the Bontempo merchant website is intended exclusively for individual customers.

For any group booking request, you must contact Bontempo Le Pouldroit by phone, e-mail or via our ”  CONTACT US ” section. ” section . »

The Bontempo Le Pouldroit campsite  contacted reserves the right to study the reservation request before accepting or refusing it.

PRICES & TOURIST TAX 

The prices indicated are valid for the current year. They correspond to one night or one week, depending on the type of accommodation and the period and are in euros, VAT included.

The amount of the tourist tax varies according to the municipalities.

Rates are subject to change during the season.

PAYMENT TERMS 

For reservations made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 25% of the price of the amount of the services reserved must be paid upon reservation at the campsite. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay at the campsite. 

For reservations made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking at the campsite (25% deposit + balance of the stay).

In the event of non-payment of the deposit on reservation or of the balance at the latest 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay by the customer, the campsite reserves the right to cancel the reservation and to offer the accommodation to location.

NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, Bontempo Le Pouldroit  informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date, or according to a specific frequency, is not subject to the provisions relating to the 14-day withdrawal period.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION

1. Modification of your reservation

The customer can request the modification of his stay in the same campsite (dates, type of accommodation) on written request to the campsite (mail or e-mail) to the extent of availability and possibilities. No postponement will be accepted for the following season. Failing any modification, the customer must make his stay under the initial booking conditions or cancel it according to the conditions of the cancellation guarantee.

Any request to increase the length of your stay will be made subject to availability and according to the rates in force.

Any request to reduce the duration of your stay is considered as a partial cancellation and will be subject to the terms and conditions for cancellation and interruption of stay.

2. Services not used

In the event of a stay being interrupted or shortened for one of the following reasons:

Closure of borders by administrative decision

Administrative closure of the campsite

Limitation of travel to a number of kilometers by administrative decision not allowing you to come to the campsite

A voucher for an amount corresponding to the unused nights, valid for two years, will be issued by the campsite. In the event of refusal by the client of this voucher, he will be reimbursed, on request, the corresponding amount after deducting the cost of the cancellation insurance if it has been taken out.

Apart from the reasons mentioned above, any stay interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure) by the customer cannot give rise to a refund or a voucher.

3. Cancellation by Bontempo Le Pouldroit campsite
In the event of cancellation by Bontempo Le Pouldroit campsite , except in cases of force majeure, the sums paid for the reservation will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation cannot give rise to the payment of damages.

4. Cancellation by the camper

In the event of cancellation by the camper, except in cases of force majeure, the cancellation and refund conditions are as follows.

Any request for cancellation must be communicated by post to the postal address of the Bontempo Le Pouldroit campsite  or by e-mail. Cancellations sent by telephone cannot be taken into account. Any cancellation leads to the cancellation of the reservation and the campsite reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rent again.

A voucher, for an amount corresponding to the full amount paid, valid for two years, will be issued by the campsite. In the event of refusal by the customer of this voucher, he will be reimbursed, on request, for the corresponding amount.

Cancellation up to 30 (thirty) days before the start of the stay:

The deposit of 25% of the amount of the stay will be kept by the campsite as cancellation fees. The amounts paid, deducted from the amount of the deposit, will be refunded. If the payment has been made in part or in full with a voucher worth more than the deposit: the deposit of 25% of the amount of the stay will be kept by the campsite as cancellation costs as well as booking fees. A new non-refundable voucher for a period of 2 years usable in the campsite where the stay was canceled will be issued with an amount of the initial voucher minus the 25% deposit. The rest of the sums paid other than the voucher will be refunded.

Cancellation less than 30 (thirty) days before your arrival:
All sums paid will be retained by the campsite.

In the event of cancellation of the stay, the amount paid in holiday vouchers cannot be reimbursed in accordance with article L.112-14 I. of the Monetary and Financial Code. In this case, a non-refundable voucher with a validity period of 2 years, usable in the campsite where the stay has been canceled will be established for the amount of the sums paid in Holiday vouchers, possibly deducting the deposit, according to the conditions indicated above.

b. CASE 1: In the event of cancellation by the camper with subscription to the cancellation guarantee
The sums paid are covered by the guarantee according to the general cancellation conditions. The cancellation must be justified by a serious event occurring between the date of the reservation and that of the arrival and unknown at the time of the reservation: illness, serious accident, death of the lessee, his spouse, ascendants or descendants, economic redundancy of himself, or his spouse, damage affecting his principal residence or his professional premises.

CASE 2: If the reason is not covered by the cancellation guarantee or if the file is refused by it, the general conditions of sale of paragraph 4 a. apply.

ARRIVAL

If the obligation of a “sanitary pass” is required by the government of the country of the campsite on the dates of the reserved stay, all participants in the stay, subject to this obligation, must present a valid “sanitary pass” on their arrival for to be able to enter the campsite.

Depending on the campsites and the periods, the days of arrival are variable (refer to the specific conditions of each campsite).

Rental accommodation: on the day of your arrival at the Bontempo Le Pouldroit, you will be welcomed from 4:00 p.m., and when you hand over the keys to your rental, you will be asked for a deposit. 

DURING YOUR STAY

It is up to the camper to take out insurance: the camper is responsible for looking after his personal belongings (bicycles, etc.). The campsite declines all responsibility in the event of an incident relating to the civil liability of the camper. All customers must comply with the provisions of the house rules. Each tenant in title is responsible for the disturbances and nuisances caused by the people who stay with him or visit him.

DEPARTURE 

Rental accommodation: On the day of departure indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated before 10 am. The accommodation will be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness, and the inventory can be checked, any broken or damaged object will be at your expense, as well as the restoration of the premises if necessary. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after deducting the allowances withheld, on supporting invoices, for any damage noted by the exit inventory. The withholding of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the event that the costs exceed the amount of the deposit.

Rental accommodation: If the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, you will be asked for a cleaning fee of a minimum value of €90 including tax (see the Prices page for each of the campsites).

 For any delayed departure, you may be charged an additional day at the current nightly rate.

ANIMALS

Animals are accepted at Bontempo Le Pouldroit  (except 1st and 2nd category dogs), only for camping pitches,  subject to a fee payable when booking, . When allowed, they must be kept on a leash at all times. They are prohibited near swimming pools, in food shops and in buildings. The vaccination record for dogs and cats must be up to date.

PICTURE

You authorize Bontempo Le Pouldroit , as well as any person whom Bontempo  Le Pouldroit  would like to replace, to photograph, record or film you during your stay at Bontempo  Le Pouldroit  and to use the said images, sounds, videos and recordings on all media ( in particular on Bontempo Le Pouldroit websites or Internet pages   – including Facebook and Instagram – on Bontempo  Le Pouldroit presentation and promotional materials  and on travel or tourist guides). This authorization is valid both for you and for the people staying with you. Its sole purpose is to ensure the promotion and animation of the establishments and the Bontempo  Le Pouldroit network. and may in no way harm your reputation. This authorization is granted free of charge, for all countries and for a period of 5 years.

DISPUTE

Any complaint concerning the non-compliance of the services with the contractual commitments can be reported by post or e-mail to the manager of the campsite concerned or to Bontempo Le Pouldroit .

MEDIATION

In the context of a dispute with one of the establishments of our group, you have the possibility of contacting us as follows:

Sending a letter by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the manager of the campsite concerned

Send a copy of this letter to customer service at bontempo@bontempo.fr or by post to Bontempo Villages, 2 rue Descartes, 44119 TREILLIERES 

If you are not satisfied with the answer, you have the option of contacting the CM2C Mediation Center, after a period of one month following the sending of these letters/emails. You must file an application online on the following website  www.cm2c.net  or by post: CM2C – 14 rue Saint Jean 75017 PARIS.
